Australia has declared their 13 man squad for the boxing day test match. The home side has released Lance Morris for the Melbourne ground encounter. The player will join the BBL squad ahead of the boxing day test match. David Warner also retained his place into the coming encounter after a massive 164 runs in the first innings and 0 in the 2nd innings. Pakistan will also be playing an 2-day practice games against Victoria before the Boxing day encounter. The visitors had also played an practice game on a slow surface which was way different than the bouncy Perth conditions
